At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture or fan in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
